BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Deposit
  • When booking a trip, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
  • A confirmation invoice will be send to you by email within 3 working days after the receivement of your deposit.
• Payment of the balance
  • The balance of the price must be paid 5 weeks before the trip departure date.
  • If you book within the balance due period you must pay the full trip price at the time of booking. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your trip and retain your deposit.
• Cancellation of your booking
  • Should you, or any member of your party, be forced to cancel your trip booking, you must do so in writing or, alternatively, advise us by email.
  • All cancellations will be subject to a charge of a percentage of the total trip price, and the following scale indicates the maximum which will be charged in any circumstance:

  • » More than 30 days	No charge
    » 30 - 15 days	15 %
    » 14 - 8 days	30 %
    » 7 days or less	50 %

  • Note: If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your trip insurance policy you may be able to reclaim these charges.
• Travel and transport
  • Tickets for travel of any kind whatsoever, whether by land, sea or air, are issued subject to the conditions and regulations published in the timetable, books or other notices of the companies or authorities undertaking such transport. We do not have any liability for any delay which may arise.
